Guest guest
Thanks to everyone who replied to my post about hormone replacement and rosacea. I've been taking Livial for the past 9 months and was wondering if there was any connection between the two. I have decided to go off them for a bit to see what happens. I've also had the delayed reaction food allergy tests and the ones that came up were chocolate and cocoa products, cow's milk and its products, beef (!), mushrooms, soya and peas. So I'm watching my diet strictly - no dairy, no sugars, none of the above, have also cut out tomatoes and peppers and am eating only organic produce, bread made with kamut (an ancient type of wheat - i.e. the wheat our grandparents used to eat, and not the modern, horrible hybrid wheat which seems to bloat me and to which so many people are allergic these days!!!), and am avoiding pasta and any other products made with ordinary wheat (I substitute brown rice or mixed wild rice). Are oranges known to be a trigger as well?? I have almost finished the tetracycline as prescribed by the dermatologist and the facial part seems to be clearing up. My eyes are better than they were, though not yet clear. The best part about the diet is that I have lost the cellulitis I had around my thighs and my stomach is flatter!!
