Why not maintain at 5 to 10mg per day? It is fairly safe at low doses, and this may be enough to reduce or eliminate the pustules over time. No one should have to suffer like you are. BTW, I just bought Acne and cea by Plewig and Klegman. This book is basically the Bible on accutane. It was out of print and cost $195.00, but I could not get it through my library system.
