New to diet...some questions

My husband just started on the diet yesterday, and soon we will put the

entire family on. (two autistic sons' who are currently gf/cf)

My question has to do w/husband. He does not have the common symptoms,

but rather severe constipation...for about 8 yrs. now. After reading

the book, he feels he doesnt have to completely follow the intro diet

since he does not have the diarrea/cramping.

Today he had a hard boiled and dry tuna for his lunch. Im just

wondering if he'll be okay jumping right in.

Also, has anyone else had relief from from constipation on this diet?
