Yogurt...do I need to start over?

I just made 2 quarts of goat yogurt yesterday and let it culture for

24 hours. I just checked on it and it is still liquid. I have made

it many times before but only 1 quart. I did use 1/4t progurt this

time. Did I do something wrong...do I need to start over or just give

it more time? ~Jill
