Guest guest
Hi all! I'm a 32 year old woman in around stage two (on that four-stage rosacea scale). I don't seem to have any ocular involvement yet... but I'm also tremendously near-sighted, and had been planning to have that radial keratotomy operation to improve my vision. Given that sometimes there's cornea involvement, should I hold off on the r.k.? Also, I live and work in Romania... came here as a Peace Corps volunteer and fell in love with the country. Uhhhh, can anyone suggest European products for rosacea treatment? Some of the products you discuss can't be found here. I've never worn makeup and only began using moisturizer in the past few years... what happens to your face if you say " Scr-w it! " and just go back to soap and water? I'm really tempted. So far the only part of this rosacea that bothers me is the burning feeling -- I don't really care how I look. (Then again I may well change my mind when people start openly staring, right?) Thanks, Jay (yeah, Jay. Nice frilly feminine middle name though)
