Tolerance often increases as healing progresses. I have never read up on phenols

and

know the parents are concerned about them. It may be just the egg whites. have

you tried

yolks alone?

Common foods that are cross reactive with latex allergy are:

bananas, apples, celery, kiwi fruit, avocados, chestnuts, carrots and sometimes

tomato.

Below is an additional secondary list with others which I can usually tolerate

intermiitently: I erased the ones that Are illegal on SCD

Latex - , dill, figs, kiwi fruit, melon, oregano, papaya, sage, tomatoes and

POSSIBLY

apricots, cherries, figs, grapes, oranges, passion fruit, peaches, peanuts,

pears, pineapple,

strawberries and walnuts.

Latex allergy is only present in about 8% of the population but it can be

challenging if also

doing SCD, but i manage well.
