P.S. I forgot to answer your other questions.

While my sugar cravings have gone away to a certain extent, they are

not *gone.* I want an ice cream. I want some cookies. I just

haven't gotten them. I only craved veggies when all I could have was

the soup. Now, I'm not craving veggies any more than I ever did,

which is practically not at all.
