since we're talking about fungus... Fungi are one of the kingdom's of

classification in biology. molds, yeasts, spores, etc. are a sub

class/ or even possibly a different form of the same species, etc.

under the kingdom Fungi. of course, this doesn't take into account

the fact that some molds are now classified under the Protozoa

Kingdom.
