Guest guest Posted March 28, 2002 Report Share Posted March 28, 2002 I have found that most antihistamines make my nose more red and swollen... claritin, zyrtec, clarinex and several conventional antihistamines. And they also make my eyes more dry and scratchy. Allegra is not quite as bad on my nose but worse on my eyes... I've also discovered that nasal sprays also make my nose more red and more swollen.
