Guest guest
This is mostly what I use to exfoliate my skin. It is the only scrub I have ever been able to use that didn't irritate my skin. I use really light pressure in varying durations in the different zones of my face every 2-3 days. I have been able to successfully prevent the monthly papules that try to occur by using the scrub in my chin area only every day during my ovulation week. Whether it is the scrub, the massage, me visualizing the " toxic " matter heading for my lymphatic system vs. setting up shop on my face I can't be sure but since I have been doing this I get 2-3 a year instead of 2-3 a month. The Body Scrub which is very similar to this keeps my skin super smooth and I use an oil every day right out of the shower. Sometimes in the winter I will put a cream on afterwards too. Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser Purified Water, Glyceryl Stearate, Stearic Acid, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Jojoba Beads, Safflower Oil, Saponaria Officinalis Extract, Calendula Extract, Chamomile Extract, Horse Chestnut Extract, Allantoin, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Citric Acid, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Magnesium Aluminum Sillicate, Tetrasodium EDTA, French Rose Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Methylparaben, Propylparaben This scrub has a creamy consistency and the jojoba beads are very fine. Keep massaging all around your face and neck for 1-2 minutes using a very light pressure - letting your fingers glide just enough to feel the landscape of your face - not a pressing motion at all. After rinsing your skin will be super smooth but not dried out or parched or filmy feeling - it shouldn't even squeak! Jana
