Dr. R I have sent you several email and have not receive any response Iam

aware that you are very busy but, I have several question. I am always

slightly Anemia I am a type two diabetic by diet control I also have a Hiatal

hernia and umbilicus. I also have hemorrhoids this is why I am not taken the

over the counter Fe I try to eat more green Veggie instead. When I am

approved I not want to be cancel for any reason is there any chance that when

I am approved that I will be cancel due to the above. Also before my date

after approver can I call you and give you my H&H to be sure that I don't

travel for nothing or can you give Fe if needed. Also how about donation

blood to myself for surgery just in case. How would that work? Hope to here
