Guest guest
Dr. Rutledge, Although I am a pre-op I have full confidence in your abilities as a surgeon and this procedure. I know you expected the results to be this way; however, I am very disappointed in the fact that your fellow surgeons were closed minded and prejudice. The general consensus of several of your patients and pre-ops is that we feel like you are the exception to the rule. How many other doctors do we know that will ask for his patients and others opinions on his papers? It makes me feel important as a pre-op to know that you value my opinion. The results speak for themselves. I am glad you are not disappointed. You do an exceptional job and create miracles for a lot of people and phooey on them if they are so obstinate. Furthermore, speaking for my group of the three mousekateers (, Margie, and I), we value you as a surgeon, and we have full confidence in you even if The American Bariatric Society does not.
