Guest guest Posted November 19, 2002 Report Share Posted November 19, 2002 My tip is never be afraid to ask for help. We are not super Mom's!! That was the hardest thing for me to learn. If that means getting help from the hospital, state, family or friends. 'What ever it might be because we have to realize we can't do it all or our kids are going to be living with CF without a Mom or Dad. So take the time for yourself.
