I am supposed to pick up support letter, records, etc. from my doctor this week but I don't know if he underdstood what I was saying in terms of needing some kind of comprehensive record of the exam, plus a history (I think he figures because he sees me regularly, and because I recently had PAP smear, heart stress test, EKG, EGD, etc., AND because I will need full bloodwork and another EKG before the surgery, there wasn't much more that he needed to do.
