How do I know when we are ready to progress to some uncooked

fruits/veggies? Symptom free? Less symptoms? Try them and see? I

don't want to go backward but I also am dying for something crunchy

and DH is particularly cranky about not getting to eat raw veggies (he

really dislikes most cooked veggies).

Patty DH and DD (2-yo) scd 12 days candidia, leaky gut, clingy child,

food allergies .........
