I have been getting extremely better. I started drinking organic soy

milk as my basic food (1.5 quarts a day). I only had that for 6 days

and my blood pressure got back to normal and my weight dropped. I no

longer take blood pressure medicine and my skin is looking normal.

It has been 3 weeks now and I am still progressing. I hope this

lasts. Now I can eat a small meal (no chemicals or hydrogenate fats)

each day.
