But maybe adding more eggs would keep it together better? ........... Guest guest Posted March 13, 2006 Report Share Posted March 13, 2006 Nut Free Cupcakes 1 Cup finely ground chicken (cooked) 1 Pureed Medium banana 1/2 cup butternut squash (cooked) 1 egg 1/2 tsp baking soda Mix well ( I use food processor) and put in Muffin pans w/liners. bake at 320 for 20-25 min. Cool and serve. Note: Someone shared this recipe with me from this group. But, from the sounds of them, a little cinnamon would probably taste good. Cinnamon goes good with banana, and butternut squash- I would try a little. Amber. Mom to (ADD), (asd), and Lucy (nt).
