I have not tried it. I was afraid of the water in pears or other things. But

please

let me know if you are successful.

Also, today I found out that the banana has to be ripe with big brown spots to

taste better.

Thanks for the recipe shar! I have tried this sort of muffin with pears or

apples and well it doesn't turn out as well. But maybe adding more eggs

would keep it together better?

Nut Free Cupcakes

1 Cup finely ground chicken (cooked)

1 Pureed Medium banana

1/2 cup butternut squash (cooked)

1 egg

1/2 tsp baking soda

Mix well ( I use food processor) and put in Muffin pans w/liners. bake at 320

for 20-25 min. Cool and serve.

Note: Someone shared this recipe with me from this group. My son likes it and

eats

it and I think it tasts pretty good

I haven't tried these muffins yet, but I definitely plan to, probably today.

But, from the sounds of them, a little cinnamon would probably taste good.

Cinnamon goes good with banana, and butternut squash- I would try a little.
