Hi!

Apologies if someone else has mentioned it already. (I've a short memory

sometimes, LOL)

I was cruising http://www.onhealth.com and found an article on a lady named

Amy who had WLS. When I clicked on the picture at the top of the article I

had found that the MGB was the procedure she'd had. I was thrilled to see

such a positive article and favorable coverage!!

Hi Jenn! I'm glad you saw the article. It's featured again today on our

home page. I work for OnHealth.com, and am writing a journal each week

tracking my progress. I posted about it a couple of weeks ago, and got lots

of favorable replies. I really wanted to share with others the hope that I

have been given with this surgery. Too many people succumb to other

procedures without knowing the alternatives. Please help me and others by

going to the discussion board. Tell your story, and answer some of the

questions there! Lots of people need help, and are confused and scared.

There is so much misinformation out there.

Anyway, thanks and GO TAKE THE POLL!

I was unable to have the surgery this month because there were some

requirements not met. Such as:

Not having conversed with the ten people, (do I have to write down what they

say?);

My letter, what do I have to say to let Dr. R know I am grateful he is doing

this important work; and

The letter from my physician

I have been precertified and I am anxious for some support to make this

happen. Like all the rest of you, I certainly do not enjoy being obese.
