Guest guest
Hey, I was gonna wait and read the posts to me but I got back on here and decided to read them before I went back to the hospital. What if you guys told me something good? Well, ya'll did. Everyone is so sweet and smart. You guys are so tough and I need the tough talk. I have a hard time being tough with these docs and nurses. I definitely needed your reenforcement. Well, I just talked to my husband he is at the hospital...the blood work back in from this morn...her lipase are down to 800 something...the doc said maybe clears tomorrow. Anyways, wants me and hubby to get cholestoral checked. Wants the whole family on a lowfat diet, which we do but I do let my younger daughter have pizza when Jackie says its okay, hehehe. But the day Jackie went in to the hospital all she had that morn was a bite maybe a two inch piece of cheese sticks. She told Jackie no more cheese bread. DUH but still I do not think that caused her attack. Could have only been so many grams of fat in it...but she should not have ate it, she knows it...and is paying for it. I read every ones posts to me and I appreciate all the advice and I feel stronger about fighting for her pain relief but she is actually getting it so I may not have to fight. But am about to trip on some nurses if they don't hurry up with it...that is a definite pain in the you know where. Thanks again for all you do and I will post more when we get permantly home...oh yeah, ...I hope to see you at the MUSC that day...we will probably at the hospital having the procedure done. As soon as I get an exact time I will let you know...Elaine at Dr. Cottons office said it might be a be there at 7 am thing but she would call me back. Talk to ya soon,
