Guest guest
I was wondering how all of you handle school. My daughter is 10w/cf and goes to school. She is in 5th grade. We had her in private school until two years ago. They didn't have a school nurse or hot lunch and I felt both of those things outweighed the private education in her circumstances. Anyway my concern is that she just gets too exhausted with a whole day of school an hour and a half of homework, snack, meds, chest pt etc. etc. etc. I do keep her home here and there to get her rested but then she has the work to make up when she goes back. She is very social and enjoys school and she is also very concerned with her grades. Sometimes I just think it is too much for her. I really don't think home schooling would work for our family. I work as a Realtor, my husband goes to sea and I have a 15 yr old wo/cf. Plus she enjoys all the activities-band, chorus etc. If anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful. Thank you, J.
