O.k., so this may be the sixth batch of yogurt I have ruined since I

started making yogurt about six months ago. I have done everthing

from overcook the milk, drop the entire container of finished yogurt

on the floor splattering it everywhere, forgotten about a batch and

left it fermenting for 36 hours, and now finally unplugged the yogurt

maker after only 12 hours. I realized what I had done after the

yogurt sat not fermenting for 4 hours. I just plugged it back in, but

don't know if this batch will be any good now. Anyone know? Oh

please, oh please say yes. My kids love the stuff and I don't think

they can wait another 24 hours for their next serving!

Thanks
