Guest guest
My starting weight when I first heard of DR.Rutledge was a whopping (LUV THOSE WHOPPERS)389lbs.,durning the course of fighting insurance for approval, being in hospital for 14 days with flu and asthma,my weight dropped to 372lbs. at which time I was approved and Dr.R told me to try to get as close to 350lbs. as possible for my own comfort and health durning and after surgery.I started walking the treadmill each day,in the begining could only go 5 to 10 mins.,but at least I was moving my body, and cutting back some on my food,it wasn't easy but I knew that this was my last chance and that without the surgery my life would soon be over,so I stuck to it and managed to get down to 367lbs the day of surgery and Dr.R was acceptable with that amount.Check with him because he knows what's best foe each one of based on our personal conditions.
