Guest guest
Hi everybody, My husband came into my office as I was filling out the electronic form to send to Dr. R., and he looked over my shoulder and saw 208 lbs. I was so embarrassed and his eyes just got as big as saucers when he saw what I really weigh! He had no idea. We've been married ten years and I've always managed to hide what I really weigh, what with yo-yoing so much. I was planning on telling him what I really weighed once I lost my weight, but alas, he has found out, so now there aren't any secrets. Take care everybody and have a great night! Lv, Nora in Fla. Guest guest
I was too ashamed to tell my husband or family just how much I really weighted. My husband also comes from a skinny family and will never be fat let alone obese so he couldn't fully understand what I was feeling.Until this day he still does not know my pre-op weight and I don't make a habit of telling him my post-op weight either,he knows I losing and comments on how I look but I just don't discuss it with him maybe one day I'll want to but not now and until I do or if I do it's none of his or anyone else's business unless I chose to let them know. Guest guest
Hey gang, This is just my two cents worth when it comes to telling my husband my weight. I am young and was under the impression that my husband knew things that were shared between he and I on an intimate level would not be shared. Well, he told his whole family how much I weighed and how much I needed to lose before I could do the dance with Dr. Rutledge. Talk about embarrassed. Now I am incredibly uncomfortable (around them) thinking they are watching me and every morsel I put into my mouth. So I have learned not to share that kind of information with my husband again.
