Guest guest
I think that if your child is precocious, enjoy it; if your child is smart, enjoy that==encourage it all; if your child is smart but is developing slowly and/or has learning challenges, encourage and help the child-- no matter how we look at it, being educated is the best thing for any one in the modern world--and besides kids need encouragement and parents who are proud of them anyway. My first sounds like Leesa's,. the second, too, and were we ever aston ished when the third was exceeding the first two! --- clearly had more brains than both parents combined, and as she had cystic fibrosis, we really encouraged her; I think it has given her a real life!
