I seem to have these little bumps on the side of my nose that will not go away- they are hard, raised and they sometimes itch a little. I'm not sure if they are because of something I ate or what. Which is back to my question- Does anyone breakout from food without experiencing the flush?? Also, do we know how many people in this group have steroid induced rosacea as opposed to just rosacea on it's own?? just wondering.
