Guest guest
Greg, great post, thanks for keeping us informed of your photoderm progress. Are you cold turkey of antibiotics completely, was it a slow withdrawal or quick, any flares since. About the seb. derm & rosacea post. I thought I was reading my own thinking of the subject. I agree that each component of the disease must be treated accordingly, I have had great result with more soap washing to remove the oils and then a complete drying of the skin with the hair dryer to get red of all yeast and oil components that can feed a seb. derm. condition, remember oral antibiotics contribute to an overgrowth of yeast, what doesn't make sense is how gold bond could help this situation in the long term, that is why we need more reaearch on skin for all conditions as many are related or connected to one another. My best results have come from DHS zinc shampoo, metro cream, Neug. extra sensitive soap & complete drying the face, hair and ears, and so far photoderm treaments (1 as of now). Thanks!
