On behalf of Karyn , Founder / Executive Director, I am

sending a reminder regarding the 3rd Annual Symposium on Pancreatitis

that will be held at the Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis,

Indiana on October 11th and 12th. To facilitate the organization for

this event Karyn would appreciate an email if you are thinking about

coming (a formal registration form will follow). This data will be

used to put your name in a drawing for a prize (minimum data needed

is your name and state of residence). Other information that would

be helpful is your e-mail address, if you are a patient or caregiver,

dietary needs, are you bringing TPN, car pooling, room sharing, etc.
