Guest guest
Ella is allergic to Milk but not dairy, cheddar, casein, or mold cheese. I read on the enzyme site that you can be tolerant of casein but just not be able to digest it. Perhaps this is Ella's problem. Has anyone had success with priobiotic milk yogurt and SCD Peptizyde Powder in combination? I understand you'd take the powder first then the a little yogurt. Does anyone know if Elaine ever recommended this? The use of enyzmes? We havent been able to get much beyond Eggs, Chicken, Steak, Hamburger, Chicken Soup, Banana's with her for three months while on this diet. She's been able to handle some cooked squash and applesauce and some grape juice but thats it. Each time we get set back by a reaction when trying to expand on the phase 1 list of easy to digest foods. This last time it was on green beans steamed and pureed with seeds ( my mistake). Now she is not tolerating even applesauce. She's hungry but I'm afraid to give her anything other then the above which cow, chicken, eggs, soup, bananas basically. We've gone off applesauce and she had a formed stool again. She's very sensitive to any glucose. Is this because she's not getting any good bacteria? Would you recommend enzymes too? In need of help to get by this resistant point here. Frustrated. Please help.
