Jenn,

Have you tried making smoothies for her?

That way she would get them in a liquid form, but they would contain

the whole fruit.

You can make smoothies with homemade coconut milk and any fruit.

My boys love them.

I have tried it with the yogurt but, not the coconut milk. That sounds good.

I feel like eating everything in sight. I will make some tomarrow. Too tired

tonight;). Jenn & K---- Original Message -----

Jenn,

Since you are tired, and I wasn't specific, I will point out that at

least some of the fruit needs to be FROZEN to make a decent smoothie.

So, stick some bananas or something in the freezer tonight before you

go to bed if you want to make a smoothie tomorrow.

--Be sure to peel the banana first... :)
