Guest guest
does anyone else get " traveling flushes " ? i dont know what else to call them...for instance, once i felt my nose was hot and i looked int he mirror and it was pink.. a few minutes later, i felt the flush actually move to my cheeks and then my ears. each changed color respectively. now it seems like i get extended ones, wehre my nose will flush at night for maybe 5 nights in a row (usually the nights follow one night where i've cried..i think somehow this stimulates the bloodflow to the nose or something,i duno) and then the next few nights i might have random ear flushes. last night my forehead and only my forheead was flushing!altho it didnt look red..i guess it was a " Deep " flush or something. agh!! or maybe the lighting in my house isnt good =) does anyone else have this? i pretty much avoid triggers like heat/sun /exercise/spicyfoods, so i guess the only ones i really have trouble with is emotions and stress. hwoever it seems like even besides that,85% of my flushing is completely random and spontaneous. especially the ear and nose ones.. this is so frustrating. any help ? thanks guys. i kno there are other diseases that have flushing as symptoms..i looked at someo f the symptoms in dr. nase's books but none of them really sound too much like me..i know my thyroids are normal at least but havent gotten bloodtests for other things like mastocytosis.. plus i was reading over dr nase's book again and i think i scared myself by reading thru all the material about facial capillaries becoming more sensitive, and growing mroe of them...etc. um..i guess i just wanted to know is there any way to destroy/prevent new growth/desensitize capillaires other than getting photoderm? i know grapeseed extract is supposed to strenghten them but does it do the above as well? sorry for all the questions...i seem to have new ones every day! =P
