Guest guest
Hi Amy, I am thrilled! You have done great too! I'm not really thrilled about food anymore(never thought I would say that!) I really have to remind myself to eat these days. I buy " Pure Protein " bars at GNC (they are low glycemic) and I usually have 1/2 to 3/4 of a bar throughout the day (I nibble on it). I will have some lowfat cheez-it crackers (maybe a handful) or a 1/4 of a fat free turkey sandwich. The past two nights for supper I have had 5 lowfat tortilla chips with a tbls of taco meat, 1 tsp cheese, 1 tsp of salsa and some lettuce; yummy!! I am really full after that and I won't have anything else for the evening. I am still only getting in around 300-400 calories a day, but I eat whenever I want something. I drink lots of water and now I am able to get in alot more water than in the beginning. My PCP did start me on Potassium tablets so this will help boost my energy level(so he says). It is so hot here now that I want to drink more than I want to eat. How are you doing? What are you able to eat now? Take care and continued success!! > WOW! I'm so impressed with your weight loss so far. That's so terrific! > I'm pretty happy with my " measly " 20 lbs...and I'm a week behind you.
