photoderm - uneven skin results

When I asked my dermatologist about the laser or photoderm treatments

he said " DON " T DO IT " . He said there is a tendency for your skin to

come out uneven looking - i guess different shades maybe (?).

Has anyone found they have uneven skin tone from the photoderm as of

yet?
