but if you could forward my views on the once a day vs twice a day

cleansing.

You should not cleanse more than twice a day, and not less than once

a day. If you have dry skin, cleanse once, at most, so you don't

need to apply moisturizer. If you have oily skin, this gives you an

extra chance to apply a topical treatment two times per day to get

slightly faster effects or to try two different non compatable

topicals per day. Those with oily skin and coexisting seborrheic

dermatitis should cleanse twice a day, especially if not on accutane

as the cleansing tends to reduce p ovale, but not p acnes.

In general, those on antbiotics can get away with twice a day

cleansing and those on accutane once a day cleansing.
