doxycycline and mini pill- blue veins too

I have been taking mini pill for 5 weeks.

I also started taking doxycyline 3 days ago. (I took it a year ago but was

exposed to the sun and had a reaction) and think I am having one of the worst

reactions ever my skin is terrible. Despite controlling my diet.

I have also noticed that the blue veins beneath my eyes are frequently dilated

does anyone else have this ? .
