Guest guest
Been reading back on some of the posts and the questions about diet soda have been coming up again. I do know for a fact that aspartame i.e. Nutrasweet etc can cause problems with folks who have sphincter of Oddi dysfunction that cause their pancreatitis. Also, the ingredient " olestra " that is in some " fat free foods " while tasting absolutely yummy is as bad if not worse than the aspartame on folks with SOD. Been there done that and have seen it documented. Spent 9 days in the hospital from attack after one handful of Pringles chips " fat free " ! Might not hurt everybody but it sure messes with the SOD which is turn can and most of the time does cause pancreatitis! Take care all Kaye
