Guest guest
I want to start taking my measurements in anticipation of hopefully having this surgery. Anyone have any suggestions of which measurements to take and exactly how to take them. i.e. how do I measure my arms? How far from the shoulder or elbow? How do I measure my thighs? How far from the hips? How do I measure (or should I even measure) my calves? Any suggestions would we greatly appreciated. janice
Guest guest
Now your talking! When I lost weight on Optifast I made up a chart of measurements. Three feet by three feet. I measured my neck, around my shoulders, my biceps my forarms ,my waist , hips ,top of my thighs, mid thigh, knee, calves and ankles. I lost about four pounds a week and weighed in weekly. I put the new measurements next to the old for 7 months. It was great to see the progress. I'll have to start over now, after my July 19th surgery but I know it will be fun to watch the progress again. Have fun!
