Hi Jane, just a very brief suggestion, keep the water going and try a baked

potato, no toppings just a baked potato, well maybe a little salt. The idea

is to add a little plain carbohydrate and calm the GI tract down a little.

Hope you are better. As to the sweating, it seems to be a side effect from a

" riled up " GI tract sometimes.

Best wishes, Poncho - GA

>> Dear Jane,

Many of the members receive their email as a " Daily Digest " which is why you

sometimes see a bunch of answers at a time. I am sure more people will

answer, but I wanted to let you know that it is important keep drinking water.

Hi Gail,

Thanks so much for all that information. It sounds about like what I

have done all week until Sunday when I tried a small salad and that

was just too early I guess. I am trying to keep up the water, I do

keep a journal, but unfortunately it is hindsight that lets you

figure it out.. :-(

And yes, I forgot about those that receive digest form get a delay.

Sorry to be so impatient about the responses. I certainly have a lot

less patience when I am uncomfortable. I hope you all understand, as

I suspect you do.

Thanks again to all for the suggestions,

:-)

Jane
