It sounds about like what I have done all week until Sunday when I tried a small salad and that was just too early I guess. I am trying to keep up the water, I do keep a journal, but unfortunately it is hindsight that lets you figure it out.. :-( And yes, I forgot about those that receive digest form get a delay. Sorry to be so impatient about the responses. I certainly have a lot less patience when I am uncomfortable. I hope you all understand, as I suspect you do.
