Why shouldn't Accutane be over the counter?

Synthetic version of Vitamin A

Vitamin A can

in large doses can be just as teratogenic as Accutane

Vitamin A can

cause you to loose your hair

Vitamin A can

raise your liver enzymes if you take enough

Accutane can prevent emerging antibiotic resistance

Vitamin A cannot

So, why not?
