Guest guest
Hi everyone! I was diagnosed with rosacea and sebderm. I've been doing a lot of on-line research concerning my skin condition. I came across an information on sunlight exposure. I beleive it was on about.com website. The site indicated to avoid sun exposure between 11AM - 3PM on rosacea sufferers. However, the information about sebderm stated that sun exposure is helpful. I got confused after reading the site and at that point I don't know exactly what to do since I both have rosacea and sebderm. Any feedback and suggestions will truly be appreciated. Thanks for reading my post and good luck to everyone. NEIL Queens, NY
