Antoher Beautiful Sunrise this morning...today marks three weeks for our entire

family on the SCDIET....KiKi (22 months old) came down from her bed on her own

thismorning!!!!!...she ususaly awakens crying and discontent and I have to go

starting the SCDIET! WOW, it brings tears to my eyes...her sister five months

younger...up until now was acting " older " and more develped than

her.....Yesturday KiKi she had horrible die off...we are seeing the benifits

today???

Are sores on the sides of the mouth and craking lips (near the cracks of the

mouth) as sign of die off...to muuch enzymes, or vitamin defeciency? KiKI has

them, so do I and my son. I know for a fact that this is not just dry lips too.

We are going to educate ourselves more about enzymes...but I know that vitamin B

defeciencies can cause sores in/on the mouth also...what do you think is going

on here?????
