However, it took longer to ship than I thought it would: The web site says books will be shipped within 24-48 hours. After I sent the money order, I didn't hear anything for over 2 weeks, so I e-mailed Dr. Nase (through his web site). He didn't respond, but I got the book about 3 days later. I don't know if the e-mail speeded things along or if that was a coincidence.
