Vitamin cottage has sublingual (under the tongue B12) and someone told me they

have nasal gel. It will be weaker in the over the counter versions.....and

beware I had to throw out my sublingual due to " illegals " in it!

Also....remember what Elaine says....you need to take all your B's

together...other wise they don't work right.

B6 and folic acid where also low in me and KIKI.
