Guest guest
After reading the below e-mail....I hate to say it but I think I will continue home schooling...trying to find an in home therapist...and spend my money on getting a M.S. in Psychology....to do research in the future for Elaine's foundation. Sorry but this is too expensive for our family...and I don't think the social setting would work with my kids problems anyway at this point in time. We already tried a private pre school with our son it did not work...take it it wasn't a special school for asd...but he didn't do well at all. Already doing first grade math with me being his teacher at 4 and half years old...yet talks like he just turned three years old! Go figure.....many teachers treated him like he sounded! This outraged me and his father...they also labeled him a " bully " not realizing what was truly wrong...yet either did we until it became obvious to me...and we discovered that he had undiagnosed Celiac Disease....yet the gluten free diet DID NOT WORK...SCD is! He is already talking better no slurring his words all mushy together.....in just 20 short days! As they heal we will go out of our way to socialize them in other ways. Antoinette (SCD day 20 entire family) Re: cheating? OT privite school , your school sounds wonderful. Where does its funding come from? Somebody has to be paying for the obviously high level of care. I doubt the therapists are working for free. Suzanne > > $60,000!!!! I went to college and got my masters for less than > that!!! I've never talked about where I work on this group but > since we are talking about it... > > I am a physical therapist at a privite school and medical clinic > called is Hope Foundation.
