Guest guest
I am psyching myself up to intro the yougurt to Graham this week. He has been strict SCD since the end of December 05. His recent CDSA showed rare yeast and 4+ E coli and gamma strep. What should I expect as far as die off? How can these symptoms be differentiated from a reaction to the goat milk casein that will be in the yougurt? I will be using goat milk and the GI Pro Health non- dairy starter for the yougurt. For what it is worth, Graham reacted to milk products via breastmilk when I was nursing. Thanks, a
