Guest guest Posted March 5, 2006 Report Share Posted March 5, 2006 This is more my lack of cooking expertise than anything else :-) I didn't realize if you heated milk too much it would foam up and go over the top of the pot and make the stove all messy. Oops. Then, when stirring, little brownish bits of thick milk kept coming up. I went ahead and continued as planned. Will the yogurt be ok?
