Guest guest
Hi! Just happened across this site as I was researching Roscacea. 2 months ago I was diagnosed with cea and chronic follicullitis. Aparentally the folliculitis is in the area of my eyebrows where the hair follicles are very thin and very extremely sparse and the skin area on my brow flushing red. I have had this all my life. The area that displays cea on my face are not too typical of the areas found in rosacea suffers (from what I have been told), as my redness appears on my eyebrows where its at its worst, less redness on my chin and moderate on my cheeks. I really have very little or no redness on my nose. As it flares when agravated either with abrasiveness to the skin or other stress possibly and of course excercise, the redness especialy on my brow skin area and my cheeks are always there 24/7. My dermatologist now has me on Cleocin_t 1% in the morning, and Nortitate 1% at night for the past 2 months. Recentally he has added to the list of topicals Differin 0.1%. I am afraid that the Differin will only aggravate the redness. Anyhow I havent noticed any changes as of yet. I have never known anyone with the other condition that I have the Folliculitis. I wonder if anyone one here may have that as well as the cea?
