I made the " gold pancakes " with coconut oil this morning. They were

fabulous!!!!! My

son ate them up without any topping. The honey in the recipe makes them great

plain. Next time I will try the orange honey syrup, because that sounds so good.

What brand of coconut oil do ya'll suggest? (yes, I'm from SC)
