Hey Cheryl,

I tried making a smothie today before I found this email. I like the idea of

trying a fat free yogert with OJ. But OJ tears me up so I will try

pineapple juice. Pineapple actually aids in digestion much like papaya

juice. I laso used a drop or two of honey which sweetened things up nicely.

So I will try this once I get to the store again. Thanks for the tips!
