Guest guest
Hey Cheryl, I tried making a smothie today before I found this email. I like the idea of trying a fat free yogert with OJ. But OJ tears me up so I will try pineapple juice. Pineapple actually aids in digestion much like papaya juice. I laso used a drop or two of honey which sweetened things up nicely. So I will try this once I get to the store again. Thanks for the tips! Lily To Elicia Re fruit smoothies > Elicia, > My husband got me started on smoothies some time ago.
