Use the phone. Debbie gets 250 emails a day.

Call Debbie and find out what's the status on your packet. If you

sent in a complete packet, get her to confirm that to you and give

you

your surgery date. Barbara can also give you a surgery date.

In the meantime, you can also call and pester the insurance company

and find out what the hold up is.
